Social housing; a community’s primary need

New construction – Conceptual building

Following the fire in 2019, we were mandated by OH de Roussillon (formerly OMH de Châteauguay) to have the building demolished and create a new 4-storey, 35-unit building as it was before the fire.

The purpose of the building is to provide a safe place and affordable housing for families in the community.

We faced a number of constraints and challenges, including today’s higher standards and codes, and the site’s configuration and topography, among others.
