What services does an architect provide during construction?
Our services include accompanying the customer in the administration and supervision of the construction site. In general, we follow up with a weekly visit and rigorous ongoing coordination. In addition, we check shop drawings, and issue change directives and payment certificates, among other things.
Above all, we make sure that the plans and specifications comply with the schedule and the construction cost.
