This multiple dwelling was designed specifically for the residential project Square Mercier in Mercier. This building includes 12 two-bedroom units on three and a half floors.
This multi-housing is the only one of its kind in the neighborhood. However it has a look that blends with the multi-housing Sea Ridge in the same neighborhood.
Tenants can enjoy large balconies, large windows, high ceilings, up-to-date kitchens and bathrooms, laundry room, and plenty of storage.
