Interior redesign and expansion

A complete interior renovation of the ground floor for the construction of a new daycare in an existing building where a grocery store was located and an expansion upstairs to add housing, for a total of three units.

This building needed a lot of love to welcome the daycare. For the realization of this project, we made a complete renovation of the facades, added a two-bedroom unit upstairs and compliant external walkways, a play area outside for the daycare, and  redesigned the ground floor for the installation of eight playgrounds, a commercial kitchen and all required service areas.
