Variety of new commercial building
Sobeys Developments, a business development subsidiary of Sobeys, is a Canadian company that is increasingly developing the lots around its supermarkets, in order to construct ”shell” type buildings for rent. I had the opportunity to participate in some of these projects in recent years, with the consortium of firms Julien Bélanger Carrière Architects and Locus 3 of Montréal and Trois-Rivières, as a project manager responsible for the preparation of plans and specifications, and coordination with all other professionals and consultants.
