Expansion
Expansion of a residence for autonomous seniors to accommodate 13 rooms and additional bathrooms as well as shared balconies, a shared lounge and an expansion of the existing dining area. Meeting the new standards was necessary due to the change to the building code which changed its use and increased the requirements with the addition of sprinklers and fire separations among other things.
