The house of palliative care project was a gift fallen from the sky for us.
Having the chance to design a building that meets the essential need of the population is an incredible opportunity for us. Since 2016, we are contributing to the development of this exceptional project on the Roussillon RCM territory.
As a vision for the house, we started off with the basic or the logo of the Gisèle Faubert Foundation: the tree.
Symbol of strength, this tree represents nature but above all life.
It evokes very well the two missions of the Foundation and connects both with children and adults. More specifically, the tree makes perfect sense for the palliative care house, because it symbolizes the passage of life to heaven, to the universe. This inspiration was carried out in the creation of a house in the heart of an enchanting, peaceful site close to nature. This house will give the community a place where one feels at home for a better and peaceful end of life.
