Office expansion
Established on family land since 1990, the building occupied by Construction & Pavage Portneuf (CPPI) was no longer sufficient for the company’s growth, which is why our team’s expertise was solicited.
On the upper floors, the requested expansion included the design of several offices and a conference room per level, while in the basement, the spaces were designed to offer various collaborative areas such as a cafeteria, an employee break room, a training room, and changing rooms.
