Revitalization of the façades – Place Kirkland
First Capital Realty Inc. (FCR) is a leading owner, developer and operator of neighborhood shopping centres in Canada. In recent years, many of these small shopping centres, dating from 1970s and 1980s, have been in need of revitalization. With the firm Julien Bélanger Carrière Architects, I had the opportunity to design the façades of Place Kirkland, a major structural project involving the addition of new canopies.
